Black and white photograph taken at the construction site of the Dossin Great Lakes Museum, #11 in a series of 14. The image was taken on February 3, 1960 of the south side of Belle Isle facing the Detroit River, with a mostly constructed brick building. There is a wire fence around the building and a low cement wall in the foreground.
