Black and white photograph taken at the construction site of the Dossin Great Lakes Museum, #8 in a series of 14. The image was taken on December 2, 1959 of the south side of Belle Isle facing the Detroit River, with a partially constructed brick and cinderblock building, surrounded by scaffolding inside and out.
