One black and white photographic print of four DeLaval centrifuges inside the Stroh stockhouse assisting in the brewing and fermentation process. Each centrifuge has spouts and tubes attached to it and is labeled #1 through #4. Some tubes empty into a metal bucket near the side of each centrifuge. A Stroh employee stands between centrifuges #3 and #4. A black ink stamp on the verso has text that reads "Photograph by Jerry Dempnock Associates, Fine Arts Building, Detroit 26, Mich. Phone: 963-1788" and "Jul 17 1968." Handwritten in pencil also on the verso reads "C6" and handwritten in blue ink is "De Laval Centrifuges."
