One black and white photographic print (and one copy and one 5" x 4" negative and one 8" x 10" negative) of two Stroh's employees working with the brewery's copper brewing kettles inside the Stroh brewhouse. The two workers appear to be in the process of adding hops that impact the taste of the beer into two of the six visible kettles. The kettles are surrounded by Pewabic tiles. A black ink stamp on the verso has text that reads "Ransier-Anderson Photography, 3408 Woodward Ave., Detroit 1, Michigan" and a handwritten sequence of characters "C 2797-5."
