One framed Stroh's Extra advertisement sign depicting a color lithograph print of a woman holding a small beer goblet in her hand. She is wearing a crown of hops. The poster is held inside a thick light brown wooden frame with a slightly cracked protective glass covering.

The backing is of cardboard and has a white adhesive label with handwritten "I001."
