One commemorative patch for the Boy Scouts of America "Three Rivers DAC, Historical Fort Wayne, Fall, 2007." The hexagonal-shaped patch has yellow text, a blue/gray background, a narrow serged border of black thread, and a black thread loop at the top. The center of the patch shows multicolor embroidered images of the outline of a fort, crossed USA and Confederate flags, and two small yellow emblems of the Boy Scouts of America. The back has a clear, heat-activated adhesive coating.
