ISLAND QUEEN
One watercolor painting of the steamer, ISLAND QUEEN. The painting shows a starboard side view of the sidewheel steamer which is underway in fair weather. The ship has a white hull and a single red smokestack that has a black band at the top. It was painted by the donor, Edward J. Dowling. The painting is held in a brown oak wood frame with a white matte border and protective glass.
