Painting

One framed oil painting on board of Hudson's downtown Detroit store at Christmas. The painting view looks northeastward along Woodward Avenue and shows a nighttime image of the store and its large lighted Christmas tree display over the main entrance. Many pedestrians can be seen on the sidewalks in the lower foreground. The artist has signed his last name, "Sull," in the lower right corner. The painting is mounted in a rustic wood frame that has been finished with brown and white stain and has a gold-colored inside edge. A tan fabric matte is included along the inside edge of the frame.
