Fob, Key

One key fob from room number 344 of the Hotel Cadillac (later the Book-Cadillac Hotel) in downtown Detroit. The elongated diamond-shaped fob has rounded corners and is made of thin sheet brass that has been nickel or chrome-plated. Stamped text on the obverse reads "Hotel Cadillac, Detroit, Mich.," and "344, Swart Bros., Proprietors." Additional stamped text reads "If Carried Away, Return by Mail, Postage 3 Cents, Unsealed." The reverse is blank. A double ring, made of chrome-plated brass, is attached to the top of the fob.
