Crate

One wooden crate. The crate is made of 1/2-inch thick wood slats on the long sides that have been nailed to 3/4-inch thick wood end panels. The nails pass through metal reinforcing strips that are located along the side and bottom edges of the crate. The end panels have openings for handles and also have red and blue painted text that shows "Dossin's - Detroit, Grand Rapids, Toledo" and "Buy Pepsi-Cola, The Drink in the Big, Big Bottle." Red and blue painted text on the long sides also shows "Buy Pepsi-Cola, The Drink in the Big, Big Bottle." A manufacturer's stamp on one of the inside end panels is not readable.
