One framed original political cartoon by Detroit News cartoonist Draper Hill featuring Detroit Mayor Coleman A. Young rendered in multicolored marker, ink, and paint. The cartoon shows an exaggeratedly short Mayor Young in a blue suit holding a picket sign that reads, "Carol Campbell for Council." He is saying, "I guess you'd call it 'Nightmare on Jefferson Ave.'" The bottom is signed by the artist Draper H. with the note, "For Carol & Phil!"
