The booklet-style program has a heavyweight pale yellow paper cover with black printed title text on the front. It contains 93 pages of black printed text on white paper and shows the schedule of events, names of various committee members, summary of accounts, department reports, and correspondence. Five black and white photographic images of department officers are shown at the front of the booklet.
