One softcover program for the "Thirty-Ninth Annual Encampment, Department of Michigan, United Spanish War Veterans." The encampment took place in Alpena, Michigan, on June 21-24, 1942. The booklet-style program has a heavyweight pale red paper cover with black printed title text on the front along with a drawing of a statue, "The Hiker." It contains 96 pages of black printed text on white paper and shows the schedule of events, names of various committee members, summary of accounts, department reports, and correspondence. Several black and white photographic images of department officers, past commanders, and others are shown at the front of the booklet.
