One advertisement poster from a Detroit Historical Society exhibit which took place at Somerset Mall in Troy, MI, in late summer, 2025. One side of the poster is printed in white and orange text on a black background that reads "Detroit is like Rock and Roll. It's like Soul. Detroit is like the whole idea of Cool. If you have to explain it to someone, they probably won't understand. You have to see it. Live it. Be it. That's when Detroit starts to move you.". The other side is printed in red and black text which offers short tributes to The Detroit Shoppe, the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights, the Detroit Historical Society, and the Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers Association. Logos of each organization are shown along the lower edge of the poster.
