Mauna Loa

One folded dinner menu (and one copy) from the "Mauna Loa" restaurant which featured a Polynesian cuisine and was located at 3077 West Grand Boulevard (just west of the Hotel St. Regis) in the New Center area of Detroit. The menu has a heavyweight off-white paper cover with a multi-color batik-style drawing on the front which depicts a Polynesian jungle scene. Pale pink text along the lower edge of the front cover reads "Mauna Loa." The batik-style drawing is also printed along the interior edges of the cover. The menu contains 8 heavyweight tan paper pages of red and black printed text that list the various food offerings with brief descriptions and prices. Several pages of American and international dishes are listed at the at the back.
