Modern Methods
One cigar box top illustration, "Modern Methods," that was done by the Pasbach-Voice Lithographing Company, Inc., of New York. The drawing was done in watercolor on a thin sheet of white art board and features a large rectangular red label at the center which has decorative black and gold-colored scrollwork edging and bold white lettering that reads "Modern Methods." Small images of a radio broadcast tower, an airplane, a seaplane, and an automobile are shown at the four corners. The artist's name or marks are not visible. A white adhesive label on the verso has red printed and handwritten text that reads "No. 706, K.P.V," and "Everything That's Lithographed, Pasbach-Voice Lithographing Co., Inc., Art Lithographers, 140-142 Sixth Avenue, New York City. Western Branch: 30 E. Randolph Street, Chicago." A small paper label has black typewritten text that reads "Art Gallery of Windsor, 32." The drawing is mounted in a tan matte board frame.
