Agreement

One agreement, dated June 23, 1930, between Oliver E. Barthel, engineer and patent consultant, of Detroit and Amos N. Burckhardt of Akron, Ohio. The 2-page agreement is printed in black typewritten text on white paper. Blank lines are provided for signatures of the two parties of the agreement. Also included are two photostat copies of technical drawings which show details of an automobile suspension spring that was invented by Amos N. Burckhardt. The four pages are all bound together in a legal-size, light blue paper presentation folder which has two brass prong fasteners on the top edge.
