The Detroit Historical Society with Honorary Event Chairs Warren C. Evans and Mrs. Renata Seals-Evans invite you to join us at Detroit’s iconic Guardian Building — the “Cathedral of Finance,” built in 1929 as a bold testament to optimism, craftsmanship, and spirited enterprise.
This VIP experience will include an exclusive cocktail hour on the Promenade level followed by dinner and drinks in the 32nd floor Guardian Club. Throughout the night, guests will enjoy a well curated auction and of course, the opportunity to support the Detroit Historical Society’s mission and our ongoing effort to bring history to the next generation.
After dinner, the party moves back downstairs for The Speakeasy, as the Rhythm Society Orchestra turns the Guardian Promenade into a true Jazz Age dance hall. Enjoy an open bar, sweets and savories, and Charleston & East Coast Swing lessons.
