Trouble Shooting

I see a Red 'X' or gray box and not the image. If the pages load but the camera window appears as only a Red 'X' there is a problem with your computer. Visit www.java.com for more information and downloads.
"Disconnected" Message or you lose control while operating the camera If your internet connection loses contact with the camera (even for a second or two) the text "Disconnected" with display or the camera will pass control on to the next person in line.
I lose control of the camera and it then moves through a number of presets. The server will archive images through out the day, when the server is archiving it will take control.
The time display for the camera control changes. When the server takes control or the camera is slow to respond the time is adjusted for the current session.
