Adopting an artifact is a fun and easy way to demonstrate your passion for our region’s history. After you adopt, visit either the Detroit Historical Museum or the Dossin Great Lakes Museum to see the artifact in person with a display listing your name as sponsor of your selected item. In addition, your tax-deductible contribution will help provide support for the conservation of our treasured artifacts, while also helping to support other Society activities, including exhibits, programs and school tours.
